Hi Everyone,

I have been reading this forum for about a year now, just soaking up all the great jaguar knowledge out there. I've always loved jaguars ever since I was 12 and my father brought home a 1986 xj6, he has since that time had 2 other jaguars. I just bought my first at the beginning of this year, A 2004 Jaguar S type R. it has been a great car so far, so much fun to drive.

I probably would have continued to read this forum and not join but I am getting to the point where I know a good deal about the car and feel I should help out the other where I can. I have just completed setting up and successfully tested JLR SSD/IDS v131v6 with a Mongoose Pro, and look forward to leaning every inch of this car. I love working on jaguars, they always provide the most bizarre and challenging problem to solve.

Thanks

Welcome.

"Bizzare", I have not heard that word in Jaguar circles for a very long time.

Welcome to the forum MELLORSTR,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

You've already found your way to the S-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the USA Northwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-northwest-washington-oregon-idaho-sw-canadians-64/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
