Hi,
My name is Larry and I live in Delray Beach, Florida. Last month I bought this beautiful S-Type and love it. It's got some issues which I'll get to in other posts but the wood/leather interior blows me away and the exterior styling is like nothing else.
In 1959 when I was 18, I saved up $1500 and bought a used 1955 XK140MC DHC. Even with the 50+ cars I've had since then, it has always remained my favorite. The growling inline 6 with the 4 speed stick was amazing to drive. I don't know why I waited more than 50 years to get another Jag but here I am.
My other car is a 2007 Miata.
This forum looks great and I'm looking forward to participating on it.

Welcome to the site, Larry -- I'm also in SE Florida, northern Palm Beach County is where I live although I work in West Palm Beach.
One of my other cars is a 1995 Miata -- I get a lot of kidding about that from people who have never driven one! I keep it in a garage in Wisconsin where I have a second home and spend a lot of time, but at this time of year it would be nice to have it in FL -- except for all the traffic -- I love driving it in the country up north!
