Hi
I'm Mike and am the proud owner of a 2001 4.0l XK8 convertible - a retirement gift to myself!
The Forum seems to offer a wealth of advice for both the technically competent and those who need the help of a reliable specialist!
I look forward to learning more about Jaguars and their owners!

Hi Mike, Welcome to JaguarForums and the friendliest bunch of Jaguar fans you will find anywhere :-) I see Jim and Graham have given you pointers to the areas likely to be the best starting points for you on here so I won't replicate their work - instead I'll just mention that in the UK & Eire section you'll find info on everything from recommended repairers or parts suppliers through to Jaguar meets. The meetings are a great opportunity to have a good day out (often family orientated) at a great venue - usually with food/drink, and a Jaguar dealer in attendance.. If you get a chance to attend a meet it is well worthwhile and allows you to put names to faces and cars - the events are usually free too - the only costs being entry to venues, parking etc..
I hope you enjoy your time online with us..
