G'day. I'm Adrian from Victoria, Australia. Back in the early '80s I had a Series 1 XJ6, so I thought that, having now retired, I'd step back into Jag ownership. Being a bit of a Midsomer Murders watcher, I got a bit of a man crush on the X Type. So in December 2019, I purchased a very tidy 2001 3litre X Type, with reasonable klms for it's age but a full and detailed service history.
It had a few glitches, and some cosmetic fixing to do, but it gave me something to do in the longest Covid lockdown region on the planet.
I have been stalking this group for information for a long time now, so I thought it was about time to introduce myself.
As I said, I have a couple of nagging problems to fix, but I will deal with those as time goes on and look forward to your advice.
