Hello everyone I recently purchased a new 2007 XK Convertible and would love to learn more about it. So far the car has treated me very well and she loves to go fast!

 

Most Jaguars I'm personally acquainted with love to go fast -- Including mine, when she runs! LOL

Thanks for the pic! Pretty car, though I might be biased toward the XK Most seem to have found the 2007+ models quite reliable. Check out the XK/XKR (x-150) section if you haven't already.

Just a quick question. I noticed that literally every XK has the jaguar face badge or the jaguar face badge with the lines besides it on the front grill. Mine just has the letters XK on the front grill in the corner. Any idea why? The dealer I got it from said that is how they received it.

Hello and welcome on board! Glad to have you join us. Congrats on your XK, looks great! This site is incredibly informative and I'm sure you will find everything about your car here.

 

Strange. I wonder if it's a stock grill, or if they changed that also. The grill and growler are easy to change out and make for a quick aesthetic customization. Post up a pic in the XK section (maybe you already did and I missed it) and see what those guys say. Be forewarned, they don't always sugar-coat their opinions! In the end it's what you like that matters, but if you want to change it or make it "stock" again they'll help you figure out how.
