New Nember Needs Help locating Part covers for brake and screen wash reservoirs
Hello everyone. When I turned 50-11 years ago I sold my soul to bank to get a 2007 (new) XJ8 VDP. With 11k miles it is in mint condition. When putting in the last of the old classic nice smelling screenwash, I left the cover to the screen wash reservoir up and **** the hood. This caused the interlocking covers for brake fluid reservoir and screen wash to snap the plastic pins. Screen wash cap ok but I need the interlocking covers for the brake fluid reservoir and screen wash reservoir. Dealer says part not available. Since not much changed until 2009, this part should be available. Can anyone help direct me to a place where I can get more than excuses from m a dealer? Thanks!
