I've had an attraction to Jaguars of just about every model since I was a child. I finally bought a used one of my own February of last year. Proud owner of a 2017 XF 35t in Italian Racing Red Metallic with the Light Oyster interior.
Currently living in Western Washington and driving it regularly. Hoping to learn lots here from the veteran members and maybe even get to a point where I can offer some of my own expertise.
I'm a tinkerer in the worst way. I tear apart and break and fix all sorts of stuff, bicycles, antique watches, guitars, boat, engines, whatever, so a Jaguar is probably a good fit for me. Any way....glad to be here and thanks for offering a site where I can learn and be a part of group of like minded enthusiasts.

Hello,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar XF! And, ya got a RED one! (RED is my second favorite right after BLACK)
As you're a self-described tinkerer, you'll get on Just Fine with your Jag!
Love that XK 5.0. I really really want one just like it. Too cheap to pay for the gas, though.
When I started owning Jaguars, the XJ6 Series 1 was the current four door. It did 15 mpg which makes the XK 5.0 at 22 mpg economical in comparison. Difference is I could put 5 UKP in the tank in those days and get further than the next filling station.
