Newb From Central New York
Hello all,
My name is *****. I've lurked on this site for a while, and do not have a Jag, yet. I'm drawn mostly to the XJs in the 2004 to 2009 years. Thing is, it seems Jaguars are few to none around here in central NY (near Syracuse). In fact I've only seen one in my area, an XJ6. So, I figure the best way to learn about them, and decide if I should pull the trigger on one, it would be best to learn a bit about them...hence my arrival to this site!! I was a finish carpenter during most of my working years (now retired). And I dabble a little in leather work. My affinity for wood and leather is probably part of the reason why sitting behind the wheel of a Jaguar with the wood & leather interior draws me to these beautiful automobiles. That, and after having driven trucks and motorcycles for my entire adult life a nice comfortable ride would be a welcome change
So, thanks for having me and I'll apologize ahead of time for any dumb/newb questions I might ask!!

Welcome to the forums *****,
Good to have you with us.
It sounds like you've already found your way to the X350 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums and the search for your Jaguar.
Graham
