Hi
Just bought my first Jag, an S type 4.0 year 2000. Not a bad car for my first Jag has a few problem but drives great.
Been working as a builder for about 30years before then I did my apprenticeship as a motor mechanic back in the 70's. things have changed a lot. I would have liked to have bought an old MK2 which is more my year but for now I have entered the V8 challenge and trying to get my head round that.
I am always out with my camera at shows are there any dedicate Jag car shows, that would be interesting? Plan to have my own website for the photography and digital painting I do as a pastime, which by now you will have guested has cars in it.

SO Hi I will post and let you know how I get on with the few project I need to do.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Don't know about local shows for you, but I would imagine that there is always plenty happening at Beaulieu, maybe they have a local event clubs calendar.
