Been watching your forum for a few years, great solutions. My favorite was installation of a special hydraulic pressure gadget for hood to prevent more green ooze pouring from the skies - aka windscreen top rail.
2001 xkr convertible owner since 2005, mostly trouble free till this year, a bit of an 'annus horribilis'. Fuel valves, injectors, now seat electrics, & oh yes, MAF!
however such a darned beautiful car with poise, that the labor of love is worth it, even in northern new york.
I'm not nearly as wonderfully capable as most of members here, but i have a great local car mechanic with a can do attitude & a better than franchise jaguar cost.

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums. I hope you've got through the last of the issues with your XKR.
After watching here for years, you probably know your way around better than I do so no need for a link to XK8/XKR tech section. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
