Hey guys im so glad I found this forum!! I live in Pearl, Ms and I own a 1996 Vaden Plas with the inline 4.0. I love this car to death!! It was given to me from my father a little over a year ago. I am really stuck in a rut because we had a cold snap this past January and my starter and timing chain tensioner went out too. I let it sit up until this past week and took it to my job. Pulled the valve cover and checked the upper tensioner and chain and it had no slack at all. I can see the secondary chain but I can't touch it. I really don't want to sell my organs to get it fixed but this car is just too gorgeous to sell or send to the crusher. I am a mechanic but this my first foreign vehicle and im clueless. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys
