Default No longer a lurker

Good Morning all! I have a 2016 F-type R with just over 44K Miles on the clock. I've upgraded the drivetrain a bit in my stint of owning it. I've change both S/C pulleys, upgraded to a solid snout coupler as the spring loaded one was wearing grooves into the snout. Gotten rid of the OEM airboxes and installed a custom filter intake along with modifying the front grills to facilitate in fresh air delivery. I've added a 2nd heat exchanger into the supercharge loop, a Mishimoto quad radiator to be exact (It fits perfectly behind the crashbar and in front of the oem radiators.) Then the usual brake changes, slotted rotors and EBC yellow pads. Most recently I have tuned the gearbox, and after seeing some discussion about it I figured I would join and give my 2 cents. On the non performance side, I've retrofitted one of the earlier android auto units to piggyback off the OEM screen, it works well for what I need. Other than the F-type I have an XJ6 that for the most part hasn't let me down in the 2 years I've owned it, apart from needing a new fuel tank and fuel pump. I overhauled the entire interior after the P.O. couldn't figure out a leak and am thinking about spraying the car black and doing a rhinoliner on the lower portions of the car to help keep rust at bay, since she's my winter vehicle and the midwest US has plenty of salt!

Welcome to the forums Jagauf,

Good to have you with us.

I can see you've already posted in the F-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.
