Like to introduce himself to you !

Well hello people I'm Chris and...
...perhaps like yourself I just love my XK8. Would like a convertible but the 4.0 Coupe does just fine for now. I'm about to have the front pads changed and the drivers window mechanism needs replacing but other than that the car seems just fine. Ive no doubt I can learn a great deal about this model from fellow members and would also particularly like to attend any owner gatherings in the forthcoming calendar year.

I'm sure I'll discover these as time passes - perhaps you might know of the next meet and post info to that topic? Maybe we could organize one if one is'nt already scheduled? Do let me know if there is, please.

So, there's a very brief intro to myself - I'm based in the Northwest of England and look forward to both reading about your experiences and discovering members old and new and what you get up to with your Jaguars.
