I'm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, retired AA pilot. Have this week acquired a 2004 X-Type 3.0 AWD with 104k miles to try my hand at. Other rides in the fleet are wife's 2007 M-B C230 Sport, my DD 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin and a 2002 BMW E39 M5. Looking forward to learning more about how to work on this Jaguar.

Hello,
Congratulations on your 'new' Jaguar!
You'll learn Loads about your car in our very active X-type section. Someone will be along shortly to direct you there.

Welcome to the forum swingwing,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region forum by following this link US Southwest - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
