Long time lurker, first time owner. After lurking for a while, and learning what I could about XK Rs, I’m now an owner and official qualified member of this forum.
After some searching, I now own this beautiful 2015 XK R convertible, with only 38,000 miles. And it’s in nearly showroom new condition. And if the previous owner is on this forum, thank you for taking such good care of this beauty.
I flew from San Diego via a few other stops to finally check this one out in Atlanta, Ga. I bought it through Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead, and they were incredible to deal with. Probably one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever head.
Now like a little kid’s excitement before the arrival of Santa Claus, I’m waiting for delivery as it’s being shipped to my home in San Diego. Can’t wait to cruise the coast, on a beautiful Southern California afternoon, with my wife, with the top down. Oh…the Jag’s top down. 😁
Oh btw, I was looking at early models, and since they did not have the R badge on the grille, I was researching where to get the badge, and how to install one. So, I solved that by getting a ‘15 with it pre installed.
