I made my formal introduction below, but touching base here too. I actually first joined 3 years ago when I was first considering a XKR of the same vintage, got lots of helpful feedback, and ended up buying an Audi S8 instead that time around. Then I couldn't get back in this week- did you guys change software since late 2009 and dump the old userbase? Good to be here finally with the car I've always wanted- the timing was just right (S8 + XKR now). I'm thankful for the warm welcome in the XK8 - XKR forum!

I read you post about the new XKR - great looking Jaguar. The snow was amazing. Has to be a first when the weather here is better than in Texas!

Non active users get pruned from the membership which will be the reason your former login didn't work.

No need to give you a link to the XK8/XKR tech section as you already know your way around here.

We already 'met' in the Kate post but thanks for following protocol - enjoy your renewed membership.

 

It still hasn't gotten above the freezing mark yet! Roads have cleared, so I've been enjoying driving. Anxious to be able to stay outside to wash her and check more things out soon.
