Default Question from a newbie

The 2000 S-type I purchased, did not have the owners manual with it. I have looked at the Jaguar website online and they only go back to 2001 with download manuals. Does anyone know of a site where I can find one? Also is there a way to find out what options this car came with by looking up the vin#.

Thank you,

Welcome to the forum desetdad. Don't know for sure, but I would think a dealer could do a VIN/Option search. With regard to owners manual..., e-bay, and they're not cheap when you find one. $50-$100. Ouch. You might try posting in the forum for your model & year, check the sticky's posts, maybe someones uploaded a manual. Actually is a series of 6 small booklets for an xj8. Most of it useless, in my opinion. Some of it is certainly nice to have though. Good luck, and enjoy your ride.
