Quieting Dynamic Mode

Hello, I have a 2018 Type-F “R” coup. I want to track the car. The track I’m going to has a 96 decibel restriction. In Dynamic mode with the active exhaust I’m concerned it will exceed 96 decibels. Can the active exhaust be turned off in Dynamic mode? Thanks!
