Well i finally came to my senses and purchased a 2000 XK8 it needs some cosmetic TLC but mechanically all the high dollar items on a 80,000 mile XK have been replaced by the previous owner with all receipts.
A joy to drive and appears to want to be driven fast at all times , issues with envy as my Man cave has a 67 Frogeye and a 74 MGB hogging the space , one of them has to go soon .
Any feedback on preffered vendors as i,m starting from scratch and ive found that the MG suppliers that ive used for years dont have didly for XK8,s !
Live in Katy Texas originally came from a small island in the Atlantic that nearly came second in a rather large war back in the forties !

Welcome!

What you prefer in a vendor depends a bit on what you want.

Out here in the southwest, Gaudin is pretty good for prices on OEM parts:
Direct JPLV Porsche Parts.com

SNG Barrat is a forum sponsor and carries some OEM equivalent parts that can give significant savings:
SNG Barratt - The Ultimate Jaguar Parts Specialist

Mina gallery has a number of aftermarket upgrades:
Jaguar XK8 & XKR Performance Parts Upgrades & Accessories for Jaguar XK8 & XKR

There are lots more depending on what you are looking for.
