Talking Saying hello

Just joined, and changed my spark plugs (26 pounds UK) - which was slightly harder, today as was told it would be UK 250 pounds from garage! Have X-Series 3.0 auto petrol 79k miles 2003 and will let my Prelude go now. Plugs were original AWS Platinum (2mm gap now but else look OK) replaced with NGK TR6AP-13E platinum for another 79k ;-)

MasterChief, water pumps and thermostasts are all pretty similar on most cars. They aren't for the faint of heart though. Have you done much work on cars?

There is a thread by a member on the X351 forum showing his new body style waterpump replacement. It should help you some. It's the 5.0l.

You could do a search on the XJ8 forum for water pump replacement.
