Welcome to the forums Scott,

This one is could to give you serious problems. If the PO has been interfering with the cooling fans, they could also have done something stupid to the security system. Better to investigate leisurely at home rather than stuck miles from nowhere in the middle of the night.

I can see you've already found your way to the X300 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the New Zealand Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/new-zealand-97/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Hello, Scott,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar!
I'm sorry it's showing its age so badly.
You'll get it all sorted I'm sure, with the help of members in the section where Graham has directed you.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
