I am thinking about purchasing a 2004 XJ8 with 25,000 miles and an in service date of 11/30/2004.

I understand the facotry warranty continues until 11/30/2008 or 50,000 miles.

This car has the Select Edition Warranty with the 6 year 100,000 mile coverage.

MY QUESTION IS: What is covered or not covered under the Select Warranty?

Is it just powertain or is it full bumper-to-bumper coverage?

Where I can I go to read exactly what is covered?

I have not been able to find anything online.

I called 3 Jaguar dealers and none of them knew the answers.

From what I understand from my dealer everything is covered under select edition with the exception of rubber hoses, dont ask me why lol...hope this helps though! by the way id recc making sure the XJ8 has most of the main options on it, if you need help with that let me know I also considered that/XJR when i got my S type R.
