side marker lights

side marker lights
I have a 1999 xk8 and have a problem with the side marker lights and small bulb in each front headlight. this may be called { running lights } not sure. These lights will not turn off when key is removed. Now i have to remove battery cable when i get out and have to reset windows each time i drive. I thought the light switch was bad and replaced. Same problem.Thinking the BCM is bad but cannot find location. Any info on location or ideas about lights on problem would be appriciated.
