Welcome.
Look at the stickies at the top of the S Type section. That should give you a clue as to what others have done. It is all basically mileage related, so keep that in mind.
Use the Forum sponsors for parts.
Aftermarket is out there, but if you are unfamiliar with that territory be very careful.

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
With any new to me Jaguar, I like to carry out all the scheduled service items to give a baseline for future servicing and pick upon anything a PO may have missed. This is the Maintenance Schedule for your model:
