Default Upgraded from a Mitsubishi Mirage to an XJ8

New to the forum, been creeping on here for the last couple years and decided to eventually take the plunge and buy a used XJ8. Grew up working on cars my whole life and was tired of driving cheap cars. I was really involved in the VW scene for a lot of years but the quality of the ride and interior of the cars cheapened over time. I still have a 2004 VW R32 I get out once in a while. I drive a lot of miles and needed a bigger car for a better ride on the freeway. I'm 6'1" and 230lbs and the 3 cyl Mitsubishi Mirage I was driving was good on gas (40mpg), but was killing my back. Anyway, that's about it for right now. Glad to be aboard and hope to contribute where and when I can.

Cheers,
Aaron

Welcome to the Forums.

That is NOT and upgrade, more like a quantum leap.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forum Aaron,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the relevant model forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
