Default Well Howdy Folks

Hi, I'm Steve. I hail from the Great White North, well actually its usually grey, moist and overcast at this time of the year but that doesn't sound quite as romantic somehow. I live in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

I'm on my second Jag (see sig for details) a 1994 XJS V12 convertible. Its in very good shape, not a spot of rust as I bought it up from California 3-4 years ago and I garage it during the winter. High mileage but she still runs smooth. Hence the only real wear and tear is the drivers seat.

My first Jag was a engine converted Series II XJ6. It was a project car hence the Chevy 350. (Ok you can stop the rotten veg throwing now). She eventually rusted out though and was gracefully retired, but she taught me a lot, gave me the Jag bug, and allowed me to build up a decent set of tools.

I look forward to putting in my 2cents worth of experience, learning from the wisdom of those that have been there and done that, and picking the brains of those that know what they are talking about.

Thanks for letting me in.
