Default Xf 2.2d egr cooler gasket

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and needing some advice. I recently noticed a coolant leak coming from the rear gasket on the egr cooler.
My mechanic replaced the gasket which I collected from my local dealer, I've had the car back literally 24 hrs and I've just noticed that it's still leaking from the same gasket.....nightmare
