This is the V16 on the dyno showing 5007 bhp. However I think thats running race fuel and not pump gas. For road use the motor is set at about 3600 bhp.

 

What I meant was anyone with a little tehcno can create videos that show the kind of results we are seeing in the video, and while it looks very impressive I've yet to see anyone??? Do any kind of a road test or??? Not Jay Leno, Road and Track, Autoweek??? I mean no one is talking about it, much less seen one??? The Bugatti Vehron is an actual touch it for yourself Supercar. It has been witnessed by Many people, Magazines, and prominent figures in the racing world, so we know it's a real tangible vehicle. Real curious at this point.

I'd like to see it on the salt flats sometime. See what it can really do. Looks pretty mean but the proofs in the pudding.

 

Got to see what top speed it does through the timing lights first.

So very true, I'm still curious how fast it would be on the flats. 5000 HP is almost inconceivable in such a small engine.

 

The Bloodhound LSR car is going for the 1000 mph hopefully this year.
But that's not a daily driver by any stretch.
I guess the Veyron is the current fastest road car?
