Today, was the Best of France/Italy Car Show at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, CA (Los Angeles). On a 90+F, hot sunny autumn day, hundreds of beautiful and interesting cars from France and Italy gathered, and everyone had a great time including Mr. Jay Leno who showed up in a monstrous, torpedo shaped Fiat that looked like it came out of a Mad Max movie. Here are a few photos from the event including one my daughter took of me standing in front of my red/black Pantera. Today was its maiden voyage since I got it back from its restoration 2 days ago. It was nerve wrecking, but I made it to and from home without a hiccup but with a lot of noise. My neighbors couldn't have been too happy with me starting up the beast at 7am and rattling every alarm within earshot.
