Hi Brad. I am a little confused about the part Mja2170bd. It is hard to tell what that part number consists of. The Jag parts diagram shows two metal cups with bolts coming out the top and a rubber insert inbetween. Then there are also posts showing what may appear to be the rubber bushing by itself with the same part number. If still available could you explain what item you are offering. I need to change the springs in my xk8 and I figure it is best to get new upper shock mounts in the process. Would your parts be all I need (in addition to the springs) to do the job? Also might you have a set of springs? (1999 convertible)?

If you can't see the photo, what I am offering is the whole unit (2 of them). The top part with the 3 screws, the foam piece & the bottom ring which sits on top of the springs.

Sorry but I do not have springs available.

 

If he doesn't want them...Dibbs! I wil take them.

 

UPDATE: My pair of shock mounts are now listed on eBay in an auction that will end on Sunday, May 27th.

 

Did you sell them to Knowledge or are they still on ebay?

 

I put them on eBay 2 days before Knowledge posted that he had an interest in them. As I already have bids on them on eBay, I can not end the listing. Sorry. The auction ends on Sunday. Free shipping.

 

UPDATE: My eBay auction for pair of upper shock mounts ended without reaching my reserve price. Have since sold them to knowledge as he had first dibbs.
