Time to move my 03 S-Type R. I've owned the car for two years and it's been really good to me. I have a business venture I need to invest in so I need to get rid of my extra vehicles, the Jaguar and my Ducati. The car has been garage kept and is almost flawless. It's silver exterior with black leather interior. 75K miles on the odometer with mostly highway miles (I drive 60 miles to work every day). Many people mistake the car for a brand new car and can't believe it's a 2003! Not a single door ding on the car. The only flaw is a small half inch scratch behind the gas door that was filled in, the front lower plastic bumper has small rock chips from highway driving, and the wheels have some curb rash from the previous owner. The interior is in perfect condition. Last year I replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner and recently I installed new front rotors & new brake pads all the way around. I've changed the oil with only synthetic every 3500 miles. The car fully loaded with navigation. Currently the car has snow tires all the way around but the fronts have blisters from potholes and the rears are getting worn thin. I do have a set of summer tires that have over 50% tread left on them that would go with the car. Basically the only thing the car should need for the next 50k miles is a set of tires and oil changes!

I'm in the automotive performance business and I'm looking to get into a new market. This is my daily driver and I need to to buy a 996tt for product development. I still haven't sold it which I'm very surprised also, but at this point I might just hold onto it. I'll need something for the winter anyways and a decent ('00-'02)honda or VW is still going for around $10K.

 

Yes, they are self leveling and since I've owned the car (last two years) I have not had the adjusters replaced. Is there a common issue with the self adjusting headlights? Mine work fine.

 

Found a great deal on a VW GTi daily driver so I'm definitely selling the Jaguar. Again $14K takes it. I just got brand new tires for it too (new Conti's). When I installe the tires I'll see if I can fix some of the curb rash on the wheels. To recap: New tires, new brakes all around, new serpentine belt & tensioner (last year).
