Am I permitted to advertise my Vette?
9/19/2009--Still available--looking for $12,000 OBE. I added some interior shots (scroll down through posts to today's post)

As some of you know, I recently bought a very nice 2005 XKR to ease the pain of selling by pristine 1995 Corvette Torch Red coupe. It has about 75,000 miles and has been an exceptionally reliable southern California daily driver for the last 13 years. I am asking $14,000 but would be willing to entertain reasonable offers.

Hope you get a sale soon
All the best

Here are a few photos:

The car has an LT-1 350 cubic inch V8 with a few minor mods; automatic transmission; black leather interior; 2 targa tops (red and clear/tinted); and all the usual stuff like Bose stereo with CD player, power seats, a/c, etc.
It's truly a fun car to drive but surprisingly reliable.

Yeah that thing is a beaut! Unfortunately there isn't a big market for buying stuff from people on here but we love pics and love commenting on stuff...

Hi Christo.
No it is not ZR-1. If it were it would probably be at least twice the price. However, it is my opinion that someone looking for a Corvette of this vintage to drive on a regular basis would be better served by sticking with the 'basic' model in that parts are readily available, servicing is relatively easy, and performance can be pretty easily cranked up to ZR-1 levels. If you are looking for something to just keep in the garage or take to car shows, then the ZR-1 is the choice.

I'm just saying don't get your hopes up for selling on here...if you are "needing" to sell I'd try some other forums...either way nice car...I wish this forum got more traffic as the sale of things would surely improve but right now and since I've been here it's quite stagnant...[X(]
Still available and still gets looks and comments almost every day. About a week ago someone was admiring the car thinking it was a "new" Corvette. Anyway, price is lowered to $12,000 OBE and here are some interior shots.
