These are 4 oem Jaguar Wheels with four mounted and balanced Blizzak snowtires and a fifth tire for a spare. 245 40 19. I sold my 2009 Jaguar XF so have no use for these. This was an extra set I kept just for the winter because it handled so poorly in snow and ice. With the snow tires it handled like a dream. It's nice having the extra wheel so you don't have to mount and balance tires every seasonal change. There are scuffs on some of the wheels as shown in the attached pictures.

 

How much and how much tread left?

 

$1000. I will check them for tread depth today, but I believe it is very good. You can see if you can zoom in on the photos that they have very little wear.

 

The tread is 8/32 and 10/32 on the spare. Two of the wheels have TPMS installed.

 

Do you have any idea if these would fit a 2011 Jaguar xjl ?

 

No, these are the stock size for a 2009 XF Premium Luxury, but I have no idea beyond that car. I know my dealer told me it's generally a good idea to drop down an inch in size for snows, so you're definitely not limited to only one size, but I would ask the dealer if these would work for your car.
