Parting my XJR 100 less all wheels and calipers,
Good engine has only around 100K miles on the clock, supercharger , transmission is rebuilt less then 300 miles,
car has a lot of unique parts.

Vinny, you're a New Yorker - you can get that repaired with frame pulled, all original bodywork retained, bondo'ed and painted by the Shea Stadium guys for under $2k plus whatever OEM parts are needed from ebay (presumably headlights, grill, bumper, etc.), and your car will be back on the road by next week. Most of those guys downright suck at painting but they are masters at rebuilding mangled bodywork without replacing body panels, your hood and quarter panel are definitely salvagable.
Le'mme know if you want a referral to a place that did my Jag (its a real shop, not in the Iron Triangle, but its the same guys working there and they charge the same.)

Do you still have the J-gate surround, and the plastic piece it attaches to?
It may not look exactly like this, as long as it's black and has two button holes

This type of J Gate was fitted to early X308 models, later on they switched to the leather one with the interchangeable plastic switch surround for the Sport/Cruise switches. Some cars didn't get Cruise Control and just had one switch.
