Bought Jan 15 with minimal MOT but after some elbow grease passed with no problems has just failed the next one. Broken front spring. However as quoted £175 for pair up front fitted it lives to fight another year. It's run pretty much faultless all year so can't complain.

Yes, buying at this price there is always a chance of ending up with a dog. I have the start of the mysterious invisible minor coolant leak which could be the expansion tank. I did have the CEL come on one night a few weeks ago. Car was running fine so I guessed it might be O2 sensor. Read code next day and sure enough had slow response from one of the sensors. Cleared the code and went for a good motorway run and it has not reappeared.

Been kucky so far!
