One more thought:
For the fuel pressure, hook up your new mechanical gauge and compare it to the sensor readout.
I’d have to read more on how the fuel pressure regulator talks to the computer. Your regulator may not be bad, trying to remember what a good one should show. But definitely check with a mechanical gauge for a baseline.
