Default 04 s type alarms

i have a 2004 JAG S TYPE 3.0...car was parked for over 9 months.Engine was replaced and new battery installed...Car starts and runs BUT at a high RPM and the following alarms;DSC NOT AVAIL.....ENGINE SYSTEMS FAULT....ABS FAULT....CRUISE NOT AVAIL. How do I CLEAR THIS ALARMS

You mentioned the battery was new, but is it fully charged? If unsure, please charge it overnight on an automatic charger with at least a ten amp output. A trickle charger won't cut it. Most new batteries are not fully charged at the time of sale, and our cars are VERY finicky about prestart voltage. Even if the starter speed seems adequate, that is not a reliable indicator of battery condition.
