That doesn't sound like the shifter not in park tone. That tone is a different pitch and is much faster. I got it when a tiny piece of detritus fell into the shifter assembly and was displacing it out of park by less than a millimeter. A vaccum took care of the problem.

You could try vaccuming out the shifter assembly as you move it between gears, (stationairy of course).

So do I have to remove the plastic to vacuum the shifter?

Does your car have parking sensors? Front and rear or just the rear?

We need to know where the sound is coming from. Drivers side of the dash or passenger side down low.

It's hard sometimes to tell where it's beeping from too.

It has rear sensors but their not activated. The sound seems to come from the central console.

I didn't. I just used a good vaccum at the car wash.

And what would cause the radio or Cd to cut or even go out? Whenever it goes out I have to re start the car for it to work again.

Bad connection / chafed harness / maybe a relay. Electrical Guide / JTIS show a fair amount of detail to help with where to look.
