Default 2000 jaguar s-type 3.0 fan staying on

hello i got a 2000 jaguar s-type 3.0

in my radiator fan stays on even when i turn my car off.. it also has a slight hesitation when i first crank it up. and pull off.. then when i drive the hesitation stops. in drives normally..one more thing the temperature hand goes up and down.. but the car never run hot... do you think it can b a sensor or some

Have you done a tune up at least? SAme thing happen with me..... Just did the usual maintenance, check all fluid levels, it happen to me and solved the problem on my 01'.

It may be the ECT sensor. It's VITAL to proper running. (And cheap to change, but check wiring etc as well.)

Yeah I just did the tune up. All spark plugs and coil pack. I was low on radiator fluid. So that was one of the problems. But the fan still staying on. When I cut car off
