Hello guys wanting to know of anyone have any video links on how to do my own oil change on my 2000 s. type or any info thanks in advance guys

 

For my STR, but your wil be similar I expect: lots of fasteners, remove undertray to access oil filter & sump plug.

 

Oil change on a 2000 is easy. I have a 4.0 V8. If you have the V8, the drain plug is on the driver's side at the back of the oil pan. One wrench and you take the plug out and the oil comes out. The filter is on the front and just past lower cover. Look under there and it is obvious. A Wix 51228 filter is correct. Valvoline 5-30 full synthetic is what I use. I use the high mileage choice for over 75,000 miles. That's all there is to it. Takes 7 quarts if it is a V8.

PS: If you have a vacuum extractor that makes it easier. But if you just drain the oil, it takes a large pan not the standard small size.

 

Look at the Vehicle Specifications for amount etc
