2002 S-Type 3.0 idle studdering & loss of power

Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong with my 2002 S-type?
Ive done every possible thing that can be done to fix the problem i'm having with my s-type. Ive done the following and still the original problem exists:
Changed all the spark plugs (NGK Iridium Laser's)
Replaced both Catalytic Converters
Replaced both upstream and downstream O2 sensors
Checked both of the IMT O-rings (green, so good)
Checked and cleaned all the fuel injectors
Replaced the upper and lower intake o-rings
Replaced any of the ignition coils that threw misfire codes
Replaced the Mass Air Flow meter
Replaced Air Filter
I've researched all the possible things that could be causing my car to run like crap, but nothing has helped or changed its performance.
At idle it shudders and while crusing it will not accelerate without bogging down. Ive run the codes and they only show misfires. The plugs for the cylinders that have showed misfires are in good condition, and ive changed the coil for the cylinder hoping that may be the problem. Now after my recent repair (change of coil #1, cleaning the injectors, and replacing the intake plenum o-rings) nothing has changed. I changed both the converters after receiving a Catalyst below threshold bank 1 code. I inspected the cats after removing them and they were in fact blowed out. I know this is a result of raw unburnt fuel dumping into them. The question is where and why is this happening? It feels to me from experience with other cars, that it could be from a vacumn leak. But ive had every bit of the air delivery system apart and found no leaks.
Please someone help me figure out the source of this mystery robbing my car of its power and my love for it.
I love this car but I am getting fed up with its problems and ready tom beat dents across it with a bat, ha!

It could be the Differential Pressure Feedback EGR, which is situated at the back of the manifold. Try taking of the pipe leading to it and blocking the valve and the pipe. If the car runs ok, thats your problem. You can actually run it like this, but the emmisions will be thrown out.
If I've read your list carefully enough, you've missed the two far more common sources of vacuum leaks on the S. Picking up from what Brogi suggests (and I agree), inspect the plastic tubing going to the brake booster. This plastic pipe cracks often. Second, check the PCV hose going from the front cam cover to the intake manifold. This pipe too cracks often.
If you've done this already, then I'd need to think more deeply through your issue as you're replaced (new parts, I assume) everything that could contribute to a problem like this.
The two more critical parts that could cause trouble and lead to the Cats failure are the MAFS and the O2 sensors. My experience with the S is that the designers peaked out the MAFS. It operates within a very tight range and I personally would not replace it with anything other than a factory MAFS. Same thing with the O2 Sensors. If you replaced these with some broader ranged or cheap O2 sensors, then you might not be done yet.

The only thing I see on your list that you have not done is the breather elbow for the crackcase system. This is in the back of the engine under the intake the lower is always a problem on the 3.0L, sometimes to upper is bad. There was a bulletin for the upper but not the lower.
