Hello, my Jaguar S-Type 2002 3.0 petrol was fine but after the engine maintenance does not turn off when I turn the key, even if I remove the key. only turns off when I use the brake.

The park assist system does not work despite being correctly connected and working properly before.

finally when active alarm lights remain flashing until I turn the key again.

Maintenance is made ​​to find that when accelerated to 60kph and 80kph has a fault despite the tank being full and the electrical system working perfectly. this problem was not resolved in the maintenance either.

When you remove the key from the car the engine stiil runs?? Or the car just moves?? (no parking brake)

How do you stop the engine with the brake or do you mean car movement?

What fault did they find?

failure occurs when I park the car and turn it off. the engine does not turn off even removing the key. the engine shuts off when I press the brake pedal.

 

Do you have a remote aftermarket auto start installed? Sounds like the way one of these functions. They can be messing up your Jags electrical system.
