Default 2003 S-type temperature reading

Hey Everyone,
I have an issue with a 2003 S-type. The outside temperature reading stays at 135 degrees. I'm assuming the sensor is just bad, but have not had it checked, yet. Where is the sensor located, and is it something that I can purchase/install myself?

I think it is behind the front bumper (fender) IIRC and is fairly cheap and easy to change.

Very easy to change. Yes, it's behind where the front number plate (license plate) is (er, would be if you had one LOL). Sort of a cone shaped thing on a bit of wire clipped up there. Quite cheap to buy a new one even from a dealer.

Thanks again, everybody. Found the sensor and got it replaced with no problems. Works fine.
