Default 2006 s type 245 40 R18 tire size

Good afternoon everyone! Happy Holidays!!
I currently have Continental all season tires on my car....I would say 50% tread life left....
I did go to goodyear....and a few other places for quotes on tires....all were about 1200 plus taxes....
Is there a cheaper place to get good all season tires for my car up here in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada? Or is this the price due to the fact of the tire size...
Thank you

Sixx, the tire size is going to make a difference in the price. But, unless you really are keen on road hazard warranty and free installation, you can get some reasonable prices on good tires from Tire Rack, shipped to you in Niagara Falls within days.

Just curious but I was planning on replacing my TOYO's with Continental's. What don't you like about them? They get very high ratings in all categories!
Thanks.

Wow, that's the first time I've seen Conti's as #1 on a survey result. Of course I haven't really been looking at UHP all seasons. I usually run UHP summers and then slap my winter wheels on when it gets cold. How does price measure up against the others in the top three?

135.00 for the fronts and 217.00 for the rears. Each of course. That's for the big "R" sizes. So your looking at about 704.00 minus mounting and balancing plus extras.
I think their pretty reasonable compared to other brands!

I just got a price for winter 235 55R17 Goodyear Nordic's from Canadian Tire at $125CDN per tire on sale. Might be worth while to give them a call for your tires to see if they're on sale too.
