Is there a way to source the upper radiator hose without buying the complete assembly including the thermostat and the casing? I don't even need the turret part either, just the hose from the turrent assembly to top of radiator with a branch to throttle body.

I'm not aware of one but someone must make custom hoses or make something yourself I suppose.

 

If I had a way to tee off of 2 inch hose to 3/8 inch hose I would attempt to make it myself. Do you know a way?

Ok, that's closer. But how would you put a rib there for leak control and for hose clamp to work?

 

That was just to give you the idea, you would need to put a short length of pipe into each leg for the pipe to go on, I don't think you need a rib if you use a good clip.
