Default Aftermarket Muffler

I am looking for a new muffler, as one of mine is about to fall off. Looks like the job is pretty easy, but wondering if someone can recommend an aftermarket one for me. I am looking for something that is not too expensive, and not big or loud. I am not racing, so just need something to keep the car a little fun but quiet.

Is there a particular size or style I need to find? Everything seems to say universal, which makes me nervous.

Also, if I do one, do I need to do both mufflers?

Thanks for any advice. Its in my sig, but this is for an '03 S-type 4.2.

Cheapest option will probably be to go an exhaust shop and have them fab up something. Direct fit / OEM styles are going to be expensive since they are pre-bent and pre-hung with hangers. I would have both done so they match, otherwise one could be a different shape but even if they're exactly the same, one may always look cleaner than the other...
