Hey everyone, I am interested in getting an air intake for my 2001 4.0 s-type.

Can someone tell me if the one on www.minagallery.com is any good. Also will it mess with my engine. I read a forum not to long ago where a person was complaing of decrease in acceleration after installation. Also will the car sound more throaty?
