Usually finding those codes means that the system doesn't work properly and that the thing needs work. Is this the case?

Replaced the dccv twice, aux. water pump, thermostat, blower motor, rccm, checked all sensor in dash and under. AC still blows hot. Could it be a blend door that is allowing the hot air to come in? compressor works, lines are cold.

So which of its tests fail?

Terse answers with little data do mean very slow diagnosis.

No. At least not by itself. With Climate control set to "Lo" the DCCV should never allow coolant to go to the heater core. At other settings, it will modulate as-needed. Sounds like your DCCV is allowing coolant to the core when it shouldn't. You will need to determine if it is being commanded to open when it shouldn't? or if it is opening when commanded closed from the control?

I'll assume since your a/c lines are cold, that you have cold register air for the first minute or three after a cold-start, before the engine coolant begins to warm up?
