I have fault code PO 057 which is for 02 sensor rear blank, but which blank of cylinders is 1 and 2?

I suspect you mean P0057 as none contain an O.

And Bank, not Blank. 2 is Left (N/S in UK). I really recommend grabbing the PDFs which contain all this from the FAQs (or get JTIS).

 

It's all perspective - drivers side American or passenger side England or right side from front of car or left from seat. These are bank two. I just replaced the wrong o2 sensor yesterday and had to swap because the auto-store told me that was bank one where my downstream was bad.

 

No. All car directions are standardised, worldwide.

Ask yourself whether you have LHD or RHD car...

(They're also clearly shown in the PDFs etc to which I referred.)

 

I think "N/S in UK" will be chrystal clear to a Wiltshire man.
