Default Bluetooth/phone problems

Hi all, I have a late 2002 3.0 V6 which has the touch screen sat nav/voice/blue tooth etc and its all been working fine up to a few days ago. The touch screen is on phone and acts like its in a middle of a phone call i.e the timer is counting the mins/sec. The phone screen also stays on then the engines turned off and then the car is locked. Also there is no sounds from cd/radio etc because it thinks the phones is in use.

Any ideas??

Disconnect battery?

Failing that try fuses & relays.

Next would be a dealer reset I suppose.

Congrats on a unique (as far as I know) problem!

Cheers!
I the end I unplugged the blue tooth module under the armrest and plugged in back in and its working fine.
Its only does this if the car is parked with the sun on the touch screen for a good few hours.

Sounds a mite painful but any "fix" is better than none I suppose.

Sadly it looks like it's just your car so I suppose a fault, maybe one you can live with.
